Information Collection and Use

A. Information Collection. We are the sole owner of the information collected on the Sites. When you join the membership portion of our Sites you are asked to provide your name, address, email address, username, password, credit card number and expiration date, and birth date. We collect information from our users when the user enters account information, uses our payment processing page, and uses/orders/purchases our services. Information is collected through completion of on-line forms and membership applications and sent to our payment processor for credit card verification. When you participate in special events such as contests and polls, you may be asked to provide your name, email, username and password, and birth date. When users request pages from our server, our Web server automatically collects some information about the users, including their IP addresses. We also collect information regarding your use of our Sites through the use of cookies. If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. We will maintain a record or notes of communications with you regarding your account. We also collect information such as IP addresses, referral URLs, browser information, and OS information. We use Robot Replay ( ), a third-party tool that captures detailed information about how users interact with our site and what pages they visit. Robot Replay collects mouse gestures and keypress data.  The data we collect from this tool is used internally to better understand and support our users. If you refuse to provide the required information for a specific service, you will not be able to utilize that service.

B. Information Use. We use information for the following purposes: to fulfill your requests for products and services, to facilitate your viewing of our Sites, to process credit card payments, and to communicate with you. We also use this information to compile broad demographic and Site usage information about our users in general that does not contain anything that could be used to identify you personally. We will also use your information for market research data purposes to increase the user’s experience according to personal interests and to formulate statistical models to accomplish the Site’s goals through surveys or contests. Registration and Order Forms
